Services
We provide electrical installation, repair, testing and certification for homes, landlords, farms and small businesses. Our work includes EICRs, consumer unit upgrades, EV charger installations, solar panels and batteries, fault finding, rewires, and rural electrical systems. Standard work is normally scheduled within 5 to 10 working days, with fixed written prices provided for larger projects following a free survey.
We undertake EICR inspections for a wide range of Aberdeenshire properties, including private homes, rented flats, HMOs, holiday lets, farmhouses and steadings. Each installation is inspected and tested before we issue the Electrical Installation Condition Report requested for tenancy, licensing, purchase or insurance purposes. The service is priced according to boards and circuits, and appointments are normally available within 5 to 10 working days.
Our electrical maintenance and inspection service is designed to keep systems safe, efficient and in good working order. We examine essential components, including wiring, outlets and circuit breakers, while identifying signs of wear or malfunction. We also provide preventive maintenance, upgrades and bespoke maintenance plans to address individual electrical requirements and support long-term system performance.
Our fuse box upgrade service replaces outdated consumer units in homes, farmhouses and rental properties. A standard domestic board is priced from 550 + VAT, while more complex installations can cost up to approximately 950 + VAT. Before fixing the price, we assess the circuits and earthing arrangement, particularly at older rural properties. Once installed, every circuit is tested and an Electrical Installation Certificate is provided.
We deliver full and partial rewires for homes, flats and rented properties, with the scope determined by the condition and requirements of the existing installation. A full rewire replaces the old circuits and includes new accessories and a consumer unit. Once the installation is complete, every circuit is tested and certified to BS 7671:2018+A4:2026.
We design and install outdoor lighting to meet the particular style and practical requirements of each space. Our solutions can enhance natural garden features, illuminate access areas, improve security and create attractive evening surroundings. Commercial and industrial lighting is designed around the needs of warehouses, factories, offices and retail spaces. Reliable emergency lighting is also available to provide essential illumination during power outages.
For properties across Aberdeenshire, we provide 7.4kW smart EV charger installation from 900 + VAT, including up to 15 metres of cable. Rural properties with detached garages and outbuildings can also be accommodated through appropriately planned cable routes. We begin each project with a free assessment of the earthing, supply and route. Standard installations are generally scheduled within 5 to 10 working days.
For properties requiring solar generation, we design and install systems ranging from 3 to 4kWp upwards, with fully installed prices beginning at 7,000. Our process starts with a complimentary roof survey, followed by a fixed written quotation. Domestic work is generally completed within one to two days, while battery storage can be included as part of the installation.
Our commercial electrical services support businesses with installations, alterations, inspections, maintenance and repairs across their premises. We provide fit outs, three phase supplies, lighting, emergency lighting, EICRs, PAT testing and workplace EV charging. Fault finding and repairs are available where electrical problems arise. We survey the premises first, then issue a written scope and fixed-price quotation, normally within one working day.

I would highly recommend this company. The service was reliable, professional, and excellent throughout. They quickly completed several small electrical jobs around our house to a very high standard, and also did a fantastic job running the cabling from inside to outside for our EV charging point.
This was particularly challenging due to the limited access and difficult crawl space, but the work was carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail. Everything was completed neatly and to a high standard. We are extremely pleased with the result and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Excellent and very helpful. Had my kitchen and consumer unit rewired. Due to working away it had to be done in various stages as I was doing all the non electrical work myself. We had a power outage that affected all the sockets downstairs, leaving us without hot water or heating on a Saturday afternoon. Steven came to our rescue promptly. We had a recent situation with our kitchen wiring which gave us cause for serious concern. I called Faithful Spark Electricians on a Sunday morning and Steven was there shortly afterwards to check it out. We had a new consumer unit fitted and wiring upgrades done within a week. We have never had them in before, but I must say, I am well impressed with the professional approach they showed to the job. No dramas, they just got on with it, did a great job, very tidy wiring, etc, tested everything and gave us a certificate of safety. Left the place tidy, and us with peace of mind knowing our wiring is now safe! We will be getting them back to do a few other jobs around the place.
