Services
Our business electrical services are designed to cover both planned projects and urgent maintenance requirements. We undertake commercial fit-outs, circuit installations, containment, cable management, lighting upgrades, EICRs, emergency lighting tests and certification, PAT testing and distribution board work. We additionally provide electrical compliance support and maintenance arrangements for commercial clients, landlords and facilities management companies. 
We help landlords maintain electrical compliance across rental properties by carrying out EICRs, EET Testing, consumer unit upgrades, electrical repairs and certification. Our work accommodates tenancy changeovers, occupied properties and tight timescales, while documentation is provided clearly and promptly. For unsatisfactory EICRs, we complete the necessary remedial works, re-test the affected circuits and provide updated certification. 
Our domestic electrical service encompasses essential repairs, safety checks and electrical installations for residential properties. We carry out full and partial rewires, consumer unit upgrades, fault finding, EICRs, lighting installations, socket and switch additions, security lighting and EV charger installations. We can also undertake smart home wiring and electrical work in kitchens and bathrooms to current regulations. 
Our consumer unit upgrade service replaces older fuse boards with modern units featuring RCD and RCBO protection. We remove the existing board, install surge protection, test every circuit and issue the required certification. Standard domestic installations start from 600, while the final fixed price depends on circuit numbers and existing wiring condition. 
We carry out full and partial house rewiring according to the condition and requirements of each property. Older installations may contain outdated cabling, rewireable fuses or insufficient protection, making an electrical inspection an important first step. Where appropriate, we replace the entire system; otherwise, we address only the necessary areas. Our aim is to provide compliant, reliable wiring with transparent pricing and minimal disruption. 
We provide systematic electrical fault finding and repairs, identifying the underlying cause rather than applying temporary solutions. Our process includes visual inspection and diagnostic testing of insulation resistance, continuity and earth fault loop impedance. Once the fault is confirmed, we complete the necessary repair, retest the circuit and provide documentation confirming the work. 
Where summerhouses, garden offices or outbuildings require electrical power, we install the necessary wiring safely and to current regulations. The work can range from a single lighting circuit to full power and data for a garden office. We also install garden and security lighting as part of wider outdoor projects. This avoids relying on extension-lead workarounds.

Mark was fantastic, had a full distribution board bord replacement. Responsive with communication, came to have a look before quotation noticed a earth connection was bad sorted it there and then.
